How quickly can you find me a candidate?
We pitch your vacancy to our talent pool within 5 working days. If we need to source beyond our network, add another 3 to 5 working days. Most clients receive their first shortlist within 1 to 2 weeks.
How much does Amara Recruitment cost?
Nothing upfront. Our service is completely free until you hire. A one-time placement fee of 50% of the candidate’s gross monthly salary applies only once they have started their role.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Once you choose candidates to interview, you sign a simple one-page agreement outlining our fee structure. There are no retainers, no subscriptions, and no lock-in periods.
Can I use Amara alongside my own recruitment efforts?
Absolutely. Amara is designed to complement your existing hiring — not replace it. There is no exclusivity requirement and no cost unless we are the ones who find your hire.
